SeeVee Recruiter Terms of Service
This Agreement is made between the entity or individual accessing SeeVee to view or connect with talent ("Recruiter") and SeeVee Co. ("SeeVee"). SeeVee provides talent discovery and evaluation services to Recruiters, including access to candidate profiles ("Users"), AI-generated insights, and interview data for recruitment and partnership purposes.
Salary and Offer Discussions
Recruiters are permitted to independently discuss salaries, offers, and compensation terms directly with Users introduced through SeeVee, either via the platform or through other contact methods provided by Users. SeeVee encourages transparency and fair compensation practices.
Recruiter Obligations and Acceptable Use
Recruiters agree to maintain ethical hiring practices, provide accurate and transparent job descriptions, and communicate respectfully and professionally with Users. Recruiters must not discriminate based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. Violation of these obligations may lead to account suspension or termination.
Privacy Policy
Recruiters acknowledge and agree to SeeVee’s Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection, handling, use, and protection of candidate data and personal information. Recruiters are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly for detailed information.
Intellectual Property
All AI-generated insights, analytics, candidate evaluations, and proprietary platform-specific data provided by SeeVee remain the intellectual property of SeeVee. Recruiters may utilize this information solely for the purpose of evaluating and connecting with Users via the SeeVee platform and must not share, distribute, or use such information for other purposes without SeeVee’s explicit written consent.
Payment Terms
Recruiters agree to pay subscription fees as per their selected subscription plan, including any applicable overage charges incurred. Subscription fees are billed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of subscription purchase or renewal. Failure to pay subscription fees or any associated charges within the specified billing period may result in account suspension, additional late fees, or account termination.
Account Termination
SeeVee reserves the right to remove a Recruiter from the platform at any time, for any reason. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to, non-payment, late payment, inappropriate behavior toward Users, violation of these terms, or other conduct deemed harmful to the platform's integrity. Upon account termination, Recruiter-related data will be permanently removed from the platform. Removal does not relieve the Recruiter of any outstanding payment obligations.
Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other, including their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of that party's conduct or breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
SeeVee provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. SeeVee disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or functionality of the platform. In no event shall SeeVee be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the SeeVee platform.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Recruiters agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
Modification of Terms
SeeVee reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the SeeVee platform. While SeeVee will strive to notify Recruiters of significant changes (e.g., via email or platform notices), it is the Recruiter’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of SeeVee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If a Recruiter does not agree to the revised Terms, they must stop using the platform.
