SeeVee Recruiter Terms of Service
This Agreement is made between the entity or individual accessing SeeVee to view or connect with talent ("Recruiter") and SeeVee Co. ("SeeVee"). SeeVee provides talent discovery and evaluation services to Recruiters, including access to candidate profiles ("Users"), AI-generated insights, and interview data for recruitment and partnership purposes.
Non-Circumvention
The Recruiter acknowledges that SeeVee has a proprietary interest in the relationships it builds with its Users. The Recruiter agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, engage, or establish any form of direct compensation structure with a User introduced through SeeVee, without SeeVee’s prior written consent. Any breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate removal from the platform and potential liability for damages.
No Data Extraction
The Recruiter agrees not to extract, scrape, copy, download, or otherwise remove any data from the SeeVee platform. This includes resumes, interview content, AI-generated insights, or other profile information. All data presented on SeeVee is proprietary and may only be accessed within the context of the platform’s intended use. Unauthorized extraction or use of this information will be considered a violation and may result in legal action.
Salary and Offer Discussions
Recruiters must not negotiate salaries or terms directly with Users introduced through SeeVee. Any desired changes to compensation must be discussed with SeeVee, who will facilitate such conversations. This ensures transparency and consistency across the platform and helps maintain a fair environment for both Users and Recruiters.
Recruiting Fee
If the Recruiter elects to engage a User introduced through SeeVee outside of the platform, the Recruiter agrees to pay a recruiting fee to SeeVee. This fee is typically calculated as 15% of the User’s annual compensation or subscription value, as determined by SeeVee. However, SeeVee reserves the right to adjust the fee at its sole discretion based on various factors such as role, location, industry, and User qualifications. This fee is binding and non-negotiable once assessed by SeeVee.
Payment Terms
Once a User introduced through SeeVee is hired or engaged by the Recruiter, the recruiting fee must be paid within 30 days of the User’s start date. Failure to pay within this window will result in interest charges of 2% per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Removal from Platform
SeeVee reserves the right to remove a Recruiter from the platform at any time, for any reason. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to: non-payment, late payment, inappropriate behavior toward Users, violation of these terms, or other conduct deemed harmful to the platform’s integrity. Removal does not relieve the Recruiter of any outstanding payment obligations.
Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other, including their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of that party’s conduct or breach of these terms.
Modification of Terms
SeeVee reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the SeeVee platform. While SeeVee will strive to notify Recruiters of significant changes (e.g., via email or platform notices), it is the Recruiter’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of SeeVee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If a Recruiter does not agree to the revised Terms, they must stop using the platform.
