SeeVee User Terms of Service
This Agreement is made between the individual using SeeVee to create a professional profile (“User”) and SeeVee Co. (“SeeVee”). The User may use the platform to showcase their work, complete interviews, and connect with potential employers, collaborators, and other professionals (“Partners”).
Data Usage and Evaluation Consent
User acknowledges that by uploading content, including resumes, interview recordings, transcripts, images, and other professional information, they grant SeeVee the right to share that data with third-party services for evaluation, profile enhancement, and model improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, using third-party APIs and AI tools to analyze, refine, and present the User’s profile in a professional, discoverable manner. Enhanced visuals or summaries generated through these tools may be displayed to Partners.
Visibility and Distribution of User Content
User agrees that the content they upload to SeeVee, including professional materials and AI-generated insights (excluding private interview performance metrics and feedback provided solely to the User for improving interview performance), may be made visible to verified Partners for hiring, networking, or project collaboration purposes. SeeVee may also surface public-facing information from other websites the User has linked in order to enhance profile completeness and visibility. By using SeeVee, User consents to the distribution and visibility of their profile data.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
The User retains ownership of all content uploaded to SeeVee. Users may delete their content at any time, upon which SeeVee will cease distribution of the deleted content. SeeVee may retain backups or copies for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
User acknowledges and agrees to SeeVee’s Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information and data are collected, used, and protected. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for more details.
User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Users agree that all content uploaded will be accurate, authentic, and free from misleading or false representations. Users must not upload content that is illegal, discriminatory, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of third parties. Violation of this clause may lead to immediate account suspension or deletion.
Account Termination
SeeVee reserves the right to review and suspend or delete User accounts at its discretion if there is a violation of these Terms. In the event of account deletion, all associated user information will be permanently removed from the platform.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
SeeVee provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. SeeVee disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or functionality of the platform. In no event shall SeeVee be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the SeeVee platform.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Users agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
Modification of Terms
SeeVee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the SeeVee platform. While SeeVee will make the best efforts to notify users of significant updates, such as through email or prominent notifications, it is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If the User does not agree to the changes, they must stop using SeeVee.
