SeeVee User Terms of Service


This Agreement is made between the individual using SeeVee to create a professional profile (“User”) and SeeVee Co. (“SeeVee”). The User may use the platform to showcase their work, complete interviews, and connect with potential employers, collaborators, and other professionals (“Partners”).

Data Usage and Evaluation Consent


User acknowledges that by uploading content—including resumes, interview recordings, transcripts, images, and other professional information—they are granting SeeVee the right to share that data with third-party services for the purposes of evaluation, profile enhancement, and model improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, use of third-party APIs and AI tools to analyze, refine, and present the User’s profile in a more professional, discoverable manner. Enhanced visuals or summaries generated through these tools may be displayed to Partners.

Visibility and Distribution of User Content


User agrees that the content they upload to SeeVee, including professional materials and AI-generated insights (excluding private interview performance metrics and feedback provided solely to the User for the purpose of improving their interview performance), may be made visible to verified Partners for hiring, networking, or project collaboration purposes. SeeVee may also surface public-facing information from other websites the User has linked, in order to enhance the completeness and visibility of their profile. By using SeeVee, User consents to this distribution and visibility of their profile data.

Non-Circumvention


User understands that SeeVee has invested resources in building relationships with its Partners. If SeeVee introduces a User to a Partner through the platform, the User agrees not to engage with that Partner outside of SeeVee—whether for employment, contracting, or collaboration—without SeeVee’s prior written consent. This restriction applies during the period of active engagement with SeeVee and for 2 years following the end of that engagement. A breach of this provision is considered a material violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Interview and Compensation Transparency


All interview processes and compensation-related discussions initiated through SeeVee must remain on the platform. Users agree not to bypass SeeVee by engaging directly with Partners in discussions about payment or employment terms without involving SeeVee. All offers and compensation packages facilitated through SeeVee are considered final unless renegotiated through the platform.

Modification of Terms


SeeVee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the SeeVee platform. While SeeVee will make best efforts to notify users of significant updates—such as through email or prominent notifications—it is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If the User does not agree to the changes, they must stop using SeeVee.
