Connected Email Account: If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we access encrypted OAuth credentials and—to power inbox classification and outreach tracking—the content of email threads associated with your job search activity.

Professional Contacts: Contact details (name, email, job title, LinkedIn URL, employment history) sourced from manual entry, LinkedIn imports via the Chrome extension, or third-party data providers.

Usage Data: IP address, location, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session duration.

Cookies and Tracking Data: Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Billing Information: Subscription plan, billing period, and credit balances. Payment card details are processed and held solely by Stripe.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training generalized machine learning models. SeeVee Co. does not use Google user data, including email content, to train artificial intelligence models.

Data Sharing

Google user data is shared only with third-party service providers that are necessary to operate core platform functionality. These providers act as data processors on behalf of SeeVee Co. and are contractually restricted from using data for any purpose other than providing services to SeeVee Co.

No Google user data is sold or shared for independent use by third parties.

Data Storage and Protection

Email connectivity is maintained through encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens stored in our database. Email content is fetched in real time when required to perform user-initiated actions, such as inbox classification and outreach tracking.

We store only the minimum identifying information necessary to maintain the user account, including name, email address, and profile information.

All data is protected using encryption, access controls, and security monitoring consistent with industry standards.

Data Retention and Deletion

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services.

Upon a user's request to delete their account or revoke access, SeeVee Co. will promptly delete:

All associations between the user profile and their connected mailbox

Any authorization grants or access tokens

Any stored email thread data associated with the account

Users may revoke Gmail access at any time from Settings within the Platform, or request full deletion by contacting privacy@seevee.com.

Depending on your location, you may have specific rights under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR. These rights include:
